Who is in the room

Built for people
with a job and a plan

This is not a pitch for quitting. It's a working session for people who intend to use steady income as an advantage.

The W-2 professional

You earn well and own nothing that appreciates

Your salary is your best qualifying asset — and it is sitting idle. Learn how lenders read it and what it can actually buy you this year.

The first-time buyer

You've been "getting ready" for two years

You've watched the videos and read the threads. What's missing is a criteria sheet, a number to hit, and a date to act on.

The small landlord

One or two doors, and it feels like a second job

Learn what to systematize, what to hand off, and how to structure the next purchase so the portfolio scales instead of sprawls.

What you walk out with

Nine things you won't
have to guess at again

A portfolio strategy that fits you

BRRRR, short-term rentals, buy-and-hold, build-to-rent, multi-family — what each one demands of your time, credit and cash.

Deal math that survives Texas

How property taxes, insurance, supply and tenant expectations change the economics of the same deal from one state to the next.

A first move you can make in 90 days

Where a salaried buyer starts, what the first acquisition realistically looks like, and the sequence that gets you there.

How to start the company, not just buy a house

Setting up a real estate business in the US: structure, licensing, the first hires, and what the early years actually cost.

Lessons from markets that punish mistakes

Discipline learned in Boston and California, and how that analytical frame applies to a booming DFW market.

The unglamorous parts, honestly

All three speakers bring the calls that went wrong as well as the ones that worked. Building a portfolio is rarely a straight line.

Where the capital actually comes from

Banks, private lenders, partners and equity — which source suits which deal, and what each one costs you in rate, control or upside.

What a lender needs to see before yes

The package that gets funded: how the numbers are presented, which documents get asked for, and the gaps that quietly kill an application.

Structuring terms everyone can live with

Reading a deal for where the money should sit, then assembling the parties around it — the work that turns a project on paper into a funded one.

Who is teaching

Three operators,
not three motivators

Between them: fifteen years across three US markets, a property group with ten subsidiary companies, and a decade spent on both sides of the capital conversation. All three speak, all three take questions, and all three stay for brunch.

Yinka Osidipe

Session one · 11:00 AM

Yinka Osidipe

Founder · Real estate investor · Real estate sales and wealth advisor, Dallas–Fort Worth

“How to build your real estate investment portfolio in the United States”

Fifteen years moved Yinka along the full continuum — professional, then investor, then wealth advisor — and through two of the country's least forgiving markets before Texas. Boston and California, with their regulation, historic stock and high acquisition costs, taught a discipline he now applies to DFW: enterprise-grade analysis, data-backed forecasting, and workflow that keeps risk visible.

His hands-on experience covers the full property lifecycle — BRRRR, short-term rentals, buy-and-hold, build-to-rent, multi-family and pre-owned transitions. Expect the grounded version: the transactions that worked, the operational calls that didn't, and frameworks you can run on your own numbers.

Dr. Bamidele Chris Onalaja

Session two · 1:00 PM

Dr. Bamidele Chris Onalaja

Group Managing Director & CEO, RevolutionPlus Group · President, Dallas Business Forum

“How to start your real estate company in the USA”

Bamidele Onalaja runs a property group of ten subsidiary companies with an international office in Dallas. He entered real estate in 2004 in marketing, moved through mortgage banking at Refuge Home Savings, Cornerstone and Safe Trust, then left in 2014 to build RevolutionPlus into one of Nigeria's most recognised developers.

Past chairman of REDAN Lagos, listed in Forbes Africa's Undiscovered Series in 2022, and founder of the Chris Bamidele Onalaja Foundation. With his wife Tolulope Onalaja, he leads the Dallas Business Forum. His session is the company side of this business: how it gets structured, staffed and run.

Brad Crawford

Session three · 2:00 PM

Brad Crawford

Real estate investor & developer · Partner, High Vantage Enterprises · Founder, Good News Nation

“Accessing financing for real estate projects”

Ten-plus years of investing, developing and deal structuring have put Brad on both sides of the capital conversation — raising it and deploying it — across multi-million dollar projects. What he does best is assemble: reading a deal for where the money should sit, then connecting the people and entities who make it work. Much of his consulting practice is exactly that, putting the right parties in the same room and structuring terms everyone can live with.

His recent work has moved toward the construction side of the business as a partner in High Vantage Enterprises, a commercial waterproofing company, which keeps him close to what projects actually cost to build and finance. He is also founder of Good News Nation, a global outreach and church planting ministry. Expect a practical session: where the capital comes from, what lenders and partners need to see, and how to structure a deal so it gets funded.

Before you register

Questions we get asked

Do I need to already own property?

No. The day is built to work for someone buying their first property and for someone adding to two or three they already hold. The sessions run in sequence, so beginners get the foundation before the scaling material.

I work full time. Is this actually for me?

That's the entire premise. Employed buyers are the ones lenders want. The training is about using a steady paycheck as qualifying power instead of treating it as the thing standing in your way.

How do I pay, and when is my seat confirmed?

Card payment runs through Stripe at the end of the registration form. You can also send $100 by Zelle to prolificchayil@gmail.com with your full name in the memo. Your seat is confirmed once both the form and the payment are received, and you'll get an email either way.

Can I register on the day?

Online registration closes on September 10, 2026. After that date, call (817) 854-1525 to ask whether seats remain — the room has a fixed capacity and we expect to fill it.

Can my spouse or business partner come with me?

Each attendee needs their own registration and their own $100 seat, so we have an accurate headcount and enough materials for everyone.

Do I have to be a Dallas Business Forum member?

No. The training is open to anyone, member or not. Forum membership is a separate thing — a $200 annual registration for business owners and employed professionals building toward business. There's more about it further down this page, including the membership form.

Is food included?

Yes. Brunch is served at 12:00, with an hour set aside for networking before the second session. It's included in your $100 registration.

Where do I park, and what should I bring?

The venue is a full-service hotel on Dallas Parkway — call (817) 854-1525 for parking or accessibility questions. Bring a notebook, your questions, and any numbers you already have — current income, savings, credit range — so the deal math sessions are about your situation and not a hypothetical one.
